Important Information Regarding COVID-19: Welcome Back

As we open our office to all, we want to be absolutely transparent in sharing the actions that we’re taking to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and prioritize the health and well being of our patients, staff and our community at large.

  • We are committed to serving our patients and our community in this time of need. We are following the recommendations as set forth by the CDC, Ohio State Dental Board, Ohio State Dept. of Health, and the ADA.

  • We meet and exceed all guidelines for sterilization, disinfection and sanitation as set forth by the CDC, ADA, OSHA, WHO and local dental and health agencies.

  • All high touch areas are being wiped down with approved disinfectants in between each patients time slot; and we have removed magazines, community items, and refreshments from the reception area.
  • We are adjusting our schedules to allow for more individualized time in our office in order to minimize patient-to-patient contact and create an environment that allows for safe social distancing. Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you are early, please contact us from your car before coming into our office.

  • We are monitoring our health closely, taking the temperature of each staff member before coming to the office. We ask that you do not come to the office if you have a high temperature, flu like symptoms, or may have been in direct contact with anyone deemed to be high risk. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.

  • We request that anyone escorting you to the office kindly waits in their car, and we will be glad to keep them updated by cell phone. Of course any family members of minors or in special cases will have special procedures in place to handle this.

We will continue to monitor the status of the COVID-19 virus and keep you updated with any changes that may affect your care.

We thank you in advance and extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office, and one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you.

Best of health to you and your families, Dr. Castro, Memory, Erin, Sarah, Kim, Karey and Niki
